YMCA MK celebrates a Double Win at the SME Awards!

We’re thrilled to share that YMCA Milton Keynes has won Community Business of the Year and the Positive Impact Award at the SME MK & Buckinghamshire Business Awards! These awards recognise our dedication to supporting young people and making a lasting difference in our community.

As the only local charity dedicated to Youth Homelessness, we have:

• Housed 388 young people.
• Supported young people into 119 jobs.
• Offered over 8,000 hours of meaningful activities.
• Offered Youth Mentoring in collaboration with local secondary schools, the youth offending team, and Milton Keynes University Hospital.
• Started 5 Youth Clubs in areas with the greatest need for quality youth work.
• Launched ‘Your Next Move’; quality, affordable homes for those who are ready to move on from our campus.

Our Chief Executive, Simon Green, said:
