Allocations & Occupancy Lead
- £26,500-£28,000
- 37.5 Full time including evening & weekend hours
The main responsibility of this role is to manage the allocation of our accommodation through our 3 tiers as well as providing support with residents moving on. This must be done with a consistent application of the YMCA resident criteria, which is fair, responsive and caring whilst also ensuing that we maximise occupancy at all times.

Support Manager (out of hours)
- £27,300-£30,000 (based on a full time equivalent salary of £32,000-£35,000)
- 32 hours
This is a new role which has the main purpose of managing the out of hours service and the out of hours team to ensure that residents have access to quality support during evenings and overnight. The person in this role will drive an open, transparent, friendly and caring culture that is focused on meeting the needs of residents, ensuring that the YMCA MK is a positive place for our young people. This role will manage any challenging or over exuberant behaviour and will find ways to support any resident who faces crisis, either physically and mentally when out of hours. They will also manage our out of hours team providing them with guidance which is supportive, empathetic and ensures their safety whilst on duty.

Bank Staff – Communal Support Concierge
- £10.77 per hour
- Zero-hours contract
We are looking for additional support for our Communal Support Concierge team to promote the resident experience here at YMCA. This is a crucial role as it will help to ensure residents can access support 24-hours a day. Residents often feel at their lowest when traditional services are closed. The post holder of this role will therefore need to act as an initial place of support, provide empathy and ensure safety. They will be able to effectively manage challenging behaviour and provide support for residents who face crisis both physical and mental.
