Fundraising Officer
  • £26,500 – £29,000
  • 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a second Fundraising Officer to build and nurture relationships with existing and perspective donors, specifically to increase unrestricted donations, including but not limited to, community fundraisers, corporates, and individuals. They will also develop and oversee a programme of community and challenge events, and our established Corporate Partnership programme to maximise these funding streams for the organisation, taking responsibility for sustaining and developing existing partnerships as well as forging new ones with prospective supporters.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a fundraising or sales/customer focused role ideally in a similar environment and have a proven track record of meeting financial targets.  They will be a natural people person, thriving in building relationships and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and a team player will be essential.

Shortlisting will take place w/c 13 June and interviews will be scheduled for the following week.

Fund Development Manager (Fundraising)
  • £30,000 – £33,000
  • 37.5 hours per week

The Fund Development Manager is an exciting new role which will act as a front face for YMCA Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire, helping us to raise our profile and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role has responsibility for identifying and developing new opportunities and relationships to deliver on the future income needs, specifically relating to unrestricted income. The post holder will also be responsible for the development and implementation of a supporter care programme, including the conception, development, and delivery of our individual and digital fundraising campaigns.

We are looking for someone with extensive fundraising experience preferably in a similar environment, who is tenacious and innovative in identifying new opportunities and has a proven track record of meeting / exceeding financial targets. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal will be essential as well as being a natural relationship builder and team player.

Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)
  • £30,000 – £33,000
  • 37.5 hours per week. FTC 12 months
  • Role to commence in August 2022, but we’d like the successful candidate to start in July to allow a full handover. 

Are you passionate about storytelling and supporting young people to thrive in their local community? We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) to step in to help us raise the profile of YMCA MK amongst the local community, telling our residents’ stories and showcasing our vital pathway of support. 

This position sits within the Business Development team but, given the nature of the role, the Marketing Manager works closely with most areas of the charity to fulfil our marketing objectives.
