At YMCA Milton Keynes we want to help residents achieve their goals.  We want to help young people find sustainable employment in a job that interests and motivates them.

Whether residents are looking for a new career, additional qualifications or an apprenticeship staff are on hand to help.

• Individual sessions to identify training or educational needs or volunteering and employment opportunities and chat about how residents can achieve their career goals.
• Build resident’s confidence and self-esteem through employment sessions such as ‘Becoming Job Ready’, ‘Career Development’ and ‘Employment Skills’ to help with job applications.
• Offer support and advice with CV writing and interview technique.
• Offer resident’s ongoing support once they have a job to offer any advice and support they need.

We believe anything is possible with the right support and encouragement. Residents choose the destination, and we will work together to get them there.
