World Mental Health Day 2019 is coming up and we’re encouraging our team, our residents and members of the local community to take a WHOLE HOUR for themselves. On 10th October, YMCA and #IAMWHOLE are launching a movement that encourages everyone to take one hour out of their day to do something that benefits their mental health.

Whether it’s walking, cycling, taking lunch with a friend or a yoga session, there are a variety of things you can do to make yourself feel good.

Complete our pledge card, take a photo or do a quick video with your #WHOLEHOUR pledge and post it on social media. Be sure to tag YMCA Milton Keynes and use the hashtag #IAMWHOLE and #WHOLEHOUR. We’ll feature some of the best photos and videos on our social media channels.
