The Milton Keynes YMCA has long term independent and supported housing for young adults between 18 – 35 years.
Who we are
Milton Keynes YMCA is a safe and supportive community that exists to inspire and equip young people to achieve their potential. All our residents are aged 18-35.
We offer a range of support and activities and expect all residents to participate so that you can help us to help you to achieve work, training or employment.

Rent levels vary according to property size and type and range between £97.24 – £137.78 per week.
If you are eligible for Housing Benefit you will be required to pay a personal rent contribution of £6.89 pw. If you are unable to meet the costs we still may be able to help you.
What bills do I pay?
You are responsible for paying your Electric, Water and Council Tax.
Heating costs are covered by your rent charge to MK YMCA.
How long does it take to get a flat?
Demand for our services are very high and this can lead to applications taking much longer to process than we would prefer.
